RollUp Terms of Service

By downloading, accessing, or using the RollUp mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

• • You must be 18 or older and have a valid email address
• • You must provide accurate and current information during registration
• • You represent that you have the authority to enter into this agreement

RollUp helps users discover and create spontaneous gatherings within trusted networks. RollUp does not host, organize, or control events.

Permitted Uses:

• • Create and discover social events
• • Connect with friends and friends-of-friends
• • Share event information and RSVP
• • Make payments for event-related costs

Prohibited Uses:

• ✗Posting false or misleading event information
• ✗Using the platform for unauthorized commercial events
• ✗Harassment, bullying, or threats
• ✗Promoting illegal activities (including underage drinking)
• ✗Sharing explicit, violent, or inappropriate content

You are solely responsible for:

• • The accuracy of event information you post
• • Your conduct at events you attend or host
• • Compliance with all local laws
• • Keeping your account credentials secure
• • Any content you share

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RollUp is not liable for:

• • Injuries, damages, or losses at events
• • Actions or conduct of other users
• • Third-party content
• • Service interruptions or technical issues
• • Loss of data or unauthorized access

RollUp's total liability shall not exceed $100 or the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RollUp, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• • Your use of the platform
• • Your violation of these Terms
• • Events you create or attend
• • Your interactions with other users

• • You retain ownership of your content but grant RollUp a license to use it for platform operations
• • RollUp owns all platform technology and intellectual property
• • You may not copy, reverse engineer, or distribute the App
• • User-generated content must comply with community guidelines

Your privacy is important. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using RollUp, you consent to our data practices.

• • Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe)
• • RollUp may charge transaction fees, disclosed at checkout
• • Refunds are subject to host policies and platform guidelines
• • You are responsible for taxes on transactions

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination:

• • Your access may be suspended
• • Your data may be deleted according to our Privacy Policy
• • Outstanding payment obligations remain
• • Liability and indemnification terms survive termination

Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Diego, California, under American Arbitration Association rules. You waive the right to participate in class actions.

RollUp may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
